My 5 year old son has deficiency of calcium serum ,vitamin b12 and d3. How to overcome of it and what are the precautions to be taken.

Hi lybrate-user, Give him calcium rich foods like sesame seeds, milk,paneer, methi leaves, cheese in order to get calcium absorbed in our body vitamin D is required best source is morning sunlight between 7-9 am give him at least 20 mins of sunlight. For vitamin b12 give him fruits & veggies with skin which are edible post cleansing it nicely. Follow these simple steps it will work.
