Why I feel like vomiting after a run of 3 to 5 km. This only happens when I ran after gap of few days of after eating or drinking.

Drinking too much water before,�during, and/or after extreme�exercise�(such as a marathon) can cause�nausea, diarrhea, confusion, and muscle tremors.
