I am 28. For past 4 months I have used jiaoli skin whitening cream after stopping this cream creates black color around my eyes (panda effect. I consulted dermatologist he gave me medicines after he gave glossage complexion cream. When I apply I undergone itching again my eye area turns black. My skin is now normal or damaged? I don't know would I use some other whitening cream which should not give any side effects.
