My Father suffered from stroke last month it had affected his vision, specially left side, he was discharged after 3 days of treatment, aft 2 days of discharged he started getting hallucination, seeing things and people on the left side, our doctor asked to take latest MRI after seeing MRI he prescribed clobazam 10 mg, hallucination reduced for some days, but frequency has increased again, also he sometimes forgets things, also now a days while standing he drifts backwards like he may fall. Doctor has now prescribed Encorate Chrono 500 along with clobazam. Is this a type of fits or epilepsy? How long will it take to cure. After these medicines are started he does not sleep at all. Appetite has reduced, but the hallucination is still there. It happens 4,5 times a day. We are from Haliyal it is 32 Km away from Dharwad.

The hallucinations and similar feelings are due to the brain injury caused by stroke and it will go with medication after a long time.
