Hey. I am a girl of height- 5'8" and weight 55 kg. The problem is that I am skinny according to my height, but my tummy is bulging compared to my figure. Also I want to build some lean muscles. I want to consult a doctor who could guide me on my diet and workout plans (without having to visit the gym, because thats currently not possible for me). I wish to have a hourglass figure with a flat tummy. I am ready for all those diets and workouts.
