Hi, 1. I have mild discomfort in my upper abdomen (mild burning sensation) for the past 10 days. The discomfort is not persistent and occurs at irregular intervals during the day. 2. My profile involves extensive travel on account of which my breakfast, lunch and dinner is outside home. 3. Otherwise no issues of weight loss/ loss of appetite or vomiting/ blood in stool etc. 4. I have been have less spicy/ oily food since last 10 days but the discomfort still persists. Need way forward on this please.

You should consult a gastroenterologist. Most likely it is because of eating outside. Nothing to worry as such.
