My weight is 100 kgs gained it during my mbbs examinations. I was 89 before that. I gained this much weight in 4.5 months. I am thinking of doing a keto diet with gyming on 5 days a week is keto safe?

Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies.
