I have gained around 9 kgs of weight in 16 months. I do not eat much and do moderate exercise everyday. And the most of the fat is near by belly area. This gives me lot of tension as my marriage is on April.

Running is a good form of exercise, but to reduce belly fat do stretching exercises like Surya Namaskar. Eat diet that is low in refined cereals and carbohydrates. Eat fiber rich diet.
