Sir ,I have knee pain in my left side. When I run it is normal but when I run it start paining and after few hours its become normal so what I have to do. And I am trying to loss my weight but when I run it start paining.

Hello, knee pain at this age need to evaluate and if you just started running then it's normal becoz your muscle get strain while you run day by day it will reduce your pain when your muscle use to it, start knee strengthening exercises. If no relief even after tht consult doctor.
