My weight is constant at 58 kg last few year. I dint have any nutritious food from young age to elder age because of no one can care me I was far from mother & father so I was go throw depressed life. So I have to weight gain & relax mind. What should I do.Please suggest.

Start today and make healthy eating choices. Get involved in physical sports. You are young and energetic so channelise your energy in positivity instead of self pity.
