I have severe vitamin B 12 deficiency, I had consulted doc regarding same since I am vegetarian doc provided me external vitamin B 12 intake through pills, but I want to know the vegetarian food by which I can get enough vitamin B-12?

Hello lybrate-user Good dietary source of Vit B12 are Dairy products like milk cheese and yogurt. Some types of soya milk and cereals are also fortified with vitamin B12.
