I am a student preparing for competitive exams living away from my family. As my daily diet is not well nutritious though I try to have a best one, I need to know any daily medicine for physical and mental wellness to keep me active and we'll concentrated in my studies and also boost my memory level as well.Please suggest.

Food is medicine. Even if you are living alone you can always have 1 serving of 2-3 fruits, and 1 serving of salads everyday. Does not require cooking. You can skip one meal and have just salads or fruits. This will give you proper nutrition.
