I am suffering from anxiety please give me proper food diet because I always eat in hotel.

Eat those food items which are lighter on your stomach like salad, curd rice, khichadi, or fermented items like idli, dosa, upama, steamed rice, plain dal etc. Have lots of water or soft drinks like Nimboo paani, coconut water.
