Hi my age is 40 ,height 5.3"weight is 54 everything is fine except belly fat .what should I do to reduce.

To reduce stomach fat, -Eat a lot of fiber that is soluble. That includes beans, lentils, peas, nuts and seeds, oats, broccoli, cabbage, sweet potatoes, apples. -Exercise 4 to 5 times a week, 20 to 30 minutes each time. -Get enough sleep.
