I have a own shop. So continuously I will seat on a chair for 8to 10 hours. My stomach fat is growing fast and looking so fat. So what can I do Please suggest me something for weight loose?

Take 45 mins walk in morning. Have 3-4 types of fruits in breakfast and nothing else. Cut down on tea and coffee. In food take more vegetables and less roti/rice. Finish dinner before 8 PM if possible. Do not eat outside and packed food.
