I'm having constipation from a week. I tried drinking more water and taking more fibres in my diet but it's not helping much. I fear I may have Hemorrhoids as it pains while I pass stool. I'm also taking whey protein supplement and work out for one and a half hour daily. Please give your valuable suggestions. Thank you.
