Hello doctor-- my problem is from last 10 days I got problem in masturbating--- like wen I masturbate and get to release sperm--- I got pressure in my ass-- like on prostate-- I am bisexual I took penis like 15 days before after dat I got heavy constipation problem--- medicine is going-- den after 5 6 days I got fever like 99 100 every day-- and got super itching in. My rectum--- is this a big issue or some infection? Please help me out---
