I am having multiple moth ulcers on tongue, palate,inner part of cheeks. I am having severe pain and hardly can eat anything. Even while having water, it is burning a lot. The pain is very severe.

Hi, Apply Hiora gel inside the mouth on the ulcers 4-5 times a day and take cap. Stomatab 1cap twice a day for about a week. Avoid hot and spicy food and oil fried food.

Most of the times the causes are related to stress, burns from hot foods, injury from ill fitting dentures, tooth brush trauma, braces, accidental biting, sharp tooth. Nutritional deficiencies can contribute to this. Certain medications including the common pain killer can result into Mouth ulcers In some cases underlying health conditions cause ulcers. Such as Viral infections, Gastrointestinal diseases, Immune deficiencies etc. When to visit your nearby dentist: Ulcers are taking longer time to heal, three weeks or more Ulcers are unusually larger in size Ulcers are spreading When associated with high grade fever When the pain is unbearable even after taking over the counter medicines, avoiding spicy foods When there is difficulty in drinking sufficient fluids.

Mouth ulcers are due to many local and general health reasons. If I tell you medicine it may or may not work because for knowing which type of ulcers you have we have to see your mouth and check your general health even your diet an even your medical history an medicines you r taking.
