Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you not to consume green tea more than once a day as its excess consumption affects joints. You can simply switch it with your evening normal tea once a day is sufficient. And to reduce wight increase the amount of fiber (eg- fruits and salads, vegetables, oats, dalia etc) in your diet and try to avoid junk food, fried.
