I am 17 years old. I am very thin and lazy and also I have no energy due to which my friends don't want to like me. I love girl but I am hesitated when I want to tell her. please help me so that I will be a healthy person.

Dear , I have carefully read your question and understood it. Good health depends upon many things like- one should be free from disease, should take balanced nutritious diet, regular exercise, sufficient recreation and socialisation, adequate rest and sleep. Take more fruits, salads, sprouts, protein to keep yourself active and in good shape. You must do exercise/ gym for building your muscle. It appears that you are shy and not very social because of low self esteem. Start talking to others much, interact with your friends regularly. This will establish you as a active member of the group and they will accept you. At any point of time you may convey your feelings to others, but you should not expect the same reciprocations from others and we should respect their view.
