I have a fungal infection on both inner sides of thighs. It's been about 5 months I have used several creams but infection doesn't seem to be reduced. Candid b cream has some result but it's temporary relief. Can I continue with this cream, please suggest any cream or treatment I need to go further.

Hello dear Lybrate user. It seems U have Tinea cruris (Trichophytic infection of the inner aspect of thighs. Stop using Candid B cream .It contains Beclomethasone cream along with Clotrimaxazole the former being a steroid. So it will obviously cause temporary relief and in the long run also recurrence .U need to use an oral antifungal agent, topical antifungal cream .Above all maintenance of personal hygiene eg daily bath, frequent change of inner wear is a must. Avoid sharing of towels.
