I am 32 years old and my vitamin b12 value is 302pg/ml ,is it ok or it should be little higher.

It's in normal range only. But few patients can present with symptoms even at these levels or with less than 200pg/ml. If you have previous history of anaemia of if you are still doubtful you can correct your vitamin B12 levels by taking Eggs, diary products lik milk curd etc or Take Tablet Supradyne a multivitamin tablet one tablet after lunch daily for 2 weeks. After two weeks take one tablet every 2-3 days.

Normal range vit b 12 levels is between 550-1000pg/ml. And as per your reports it is little low. Please take vit b 12 supplement.
