Hello Experts, I'm IT professional and working for 6 years. I may work for 11 hours (Not continuously) daily except Sundays and sleep for minimum 7 hrs. I got married Jun2016 and we are trying for baby and no luck yet. Recently I have tested my semen and count is very low (less than 1millions) and also tested twice last year's, the results are <1.5m/ml first time and 85millions per ml (after had medication for 3 months). I am also having red banana daily, honey, want, dry items like badam and pista. Now please tell me what can I do to increase the sperm count and to ensure that I don't have any problem from my end. Can you please help me on this? Help is much appreciated. Thank you Doctors and Lybrate.

Hello- Its not the dietary factors that are affecting your fertility, its your physical activities and stress. Reduce your weight, get you body in shape, exercise daily in the morning hours, don't miss 10-2 sleep, avoid smoking, remove stress completely from your life by meditation, and add a herbal aphrodisiac for boosting sperm count. You will definitely succeed this time.
