S.Widal is commonly done to detect typhoid but it comes positive only around 7-10 days of fever. The symptoms are Fever continuous chills, perspiration pain in abdomen. Some cases suffer diarrhea and comlications like hemorrhage from intestine.

High fever, pain in abdomen, constipation then after few days diarrhoea. Fever is continuous. Widal test is the diagnostic for typhoid.
