My left leg has light swelling and light pain .no injuries nothing happened. What is it. Please guide. And what to do?

You use your left leg more as on walking, standing. Stand on both legs with equal weight. Walking with both legs ,not by any one more. Light massage with mustard oil before going to bed.

Hello, Thanks for the query. It is very difficult to give any opinion why the left leg swelling has occurred. Unless a detailed examination of the person is done, various parameters are looked at like BP, thyroid function test, kidney function test etc. My suggestion is please get ypur Thyroid function test done also get the BP checked. Thanks.
