According to your height and weight BMI is normal. But you add some tips in your regular diet. Like. 1) Lead up on carbohydrate. 2) Take enough protein, but not too much. 3) Go easy on fat. 4) Drink fluid early and often. 5) Replace lost electrolytes. FOODS FOR SPORT PERSON :- 1) Cereals and whole grains foods 2) Fats and oils 3) Foods from plant and animal source 4) Fruits and vegetables 5) Herbs 6) Fish.
