Sir/madam, I am unable to think as quickly and long period as my friends. It is clearly seen while I am playing chess with them. I am getting kind of tension in whole body, breathing rate increasing and I am getting pain at lower back. I was feeling to take rest then. My three other friends are normal and why this is happening to me. What to do other than rest? How to make by body & mind support to that kind of thinking?

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
