first u need to analyse yo self that what's the reason behind increase in your weight . 1.is it hereditary. ? 2. over eating ? 3.sedentary lifestyle (0 activity lifestyle ? 4. low metabolism ? 5. or any other health issues and medications for the Same ? 6.diet full of junks and fatty stuffs ? all these are the causes of weight gain.....apart from hereditary cause ,others all are rectifiable. you can stop th hereditary factor through yoga n pranayam ....not to full but to some extent you can stop the complications that occur due to obesity as a result of heredity. stay active take balanced food junks sweets and fatty foods are a big NO.
