Reduce Weight, switch to zero oil cooking, best is sprouts of black gram, moong sabut and methi in breakfast, seasonal green leafy veg as Salad and Veg soup as Main Course just for taste you can add regular food but 3 spoons vegetable/dal and 1 chapati in a mea ,also brisk walk @120 steps /min for minimum 60 minutes a day would surely help reduce weight as well as lowering bad cholesterol in few months time.
