Hello librate user, since your job is not stressful, if you can have a power nap of 15 min in your lunch break or a small power nap in late evening. However late eveng ll definately disturb your routine sleep cycle. Other way round if your husband can spend time together n then work late. Its just taking time out for each other.

Hi. You appear to have an anxiety disorder if I go by the description of your problems. You need to be assessed by psychiatrist to decide whether you need medicine or not. You can do daily brisk walking in early morning hours, you can drink enough amount of water in a day. Listen to songs especially old songs. With all these you will find yourself more calm and comfortable. All the best.
