You should not be taking sleeping pills expect under a medical prescription from a licensed doctor. Sleeping pills tend to form habit of over time and will need an increasingly higher dose to take effect while disrupting the normal sleep cycle. Besides, pharmacies aren't authorized to dispense sleeping pills without prescription.
