Hi, i'm a 22-year-old male. I am wondering if there's any correlation between my sleeping position to sleep paralysis. I believe that I have sleep paralysis from time to time if I sleep in a prone position and I couldn't tell myself to breathe either until I felt really run out of air to be fully conscious. Is this happening because i'm in a prone or something else?
