Due to lighten I changed my sleep habit I study for the whole night I sleep 8 am during this sleep time in day I take proper sleep (no sleep issue) but I want to reschedule it I want to make sleep habit at night I am trying it since 2 days but failed please help.

Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.
