Limit your oil intake.

you can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg,chicken, soya and you avoid high carohydrate food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U take 1 microfruit and 1 cytofresh tablet after breakfast.

Avoid processed food completely. Also avoid sugar as much as you can. Have plenty of fiber rich foods. Eat more protein. Drink plenty of water, get enough sleep and exercise regularly.
