There is no medicine or short cut method to lose weight. These are all market gimmicks. First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Avoid processed food completely. Also avoid sugar as much as you can. Have plenty of fiber rich foods. Eat more protein. Drink plenty of water, get enough sleep and exercise regularly. Try exercises that help in reducing belly fat such as crunches, lunges, bicycle exercise etc. Yes, you can do yoga.
