Hi 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day....take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid spicy food...junk food...fermented food.....tea...coffee...do pranayama early in the morning....

hello
there are two types of urges mentioned in Ayurveda
1) dharniya vega (urges, should b controlled, but you aren't) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control yourself
2) adharniya vega (urges that should not be controlled, but you are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc.

so it's too bad live with anxiety. life is a gift.

From your history it appears that you are really stressed out. Nowadays many youngsters having such complains which I believe are mainly because abnormal lifestyle like lack rest lack of sleep abnormal eating times, eating junk food so on and so forth. You need to adopt a healthy stress free lifestyle. Like regular exercise healthy food at normal times at least 8 hours of sleep. From what I see meditation and yoga will be great help. Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep:

• Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you.

* Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes.

• Drink a glass of milk at night daily.
* Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night . They also cause sleeplessness.

Hi lybrate user ,this might be due to growing pain , Many children have pains in their legs without any obvious cause and these are often called growing pains. Even though the child can be in a lot of pain, no damage is happening to the child's bones or muscles, and growing pains can respond to simple treatments like physiotherapy .
