Aging are changes that occur on the skin as you are growing old and these changes include sagging skin, wrinkles, grey hair, expression lines, hollowing of cheeks and eyes and changes that occur in your skin because of hormonal changes. There are factors that may aggravate the ageing and these include environmental factors UV radiation, smoking, chemical exposure, hormonal changes, sleeping position, stress and alcohol.

Ageing cannot be stopped but it can be delayed and using the right sunscreen is the single most effective way to prevent aging besides this avoiding smoking, taking a healthy diet which is rich in fruit, vegetables and clean meat and fish and food containing beta carotene and antioxidants, rich in vitamin B and C that delay ageing. Moderate exercises like yoga increase elasticity of the skin. Using the right skin care products containing Alpha hydroxy acids, antioxidants can protect the skin from free radicals, acid coenzyme Q10 and growth factor enhance the collagen production and decrease the collagen and hence increase the firmness and elasticity of skin there are various therapies available for anti ageing. These include chemical peels that exfoliate damage and dull skin. Miso therapy with Ionic acid and Vitamin C, Botulinum Toxin with injections given in to the target muscles to reduce the firm lines and wrinkles fillers that contain substances that are compatible with your body tissues and these when injected reduce the hollowness of the tissues. Derma Roller which is an instrument 1 rolls on the skin triggers healing cascade by stimulating collagen production. And when this derma roller is done around with anti ageing serum it enhances the results.

There are some more therapies like Derma Roller done with PRP. PRP is platelet derived from your blood. Your platelet is rich in both factors and when this is applied after derma roller, it penetrates through tiny channels that derma roller has created and this enhances the results besides this we do thread lift which is a minimally invasive procedure where in threads are placed in your skin in a mesh work to lift the sagging skin and to reduce the collagen production. Lasers which include radio frequency and high intensity focused ultrasound is done for anti ageing. These lasers deliver controlled heating at the Desire depth to Trigger the supporting structures, to tighten the supporting structure of face and improve the fine lines and wrinkles.
