Dear Ms. lybrate-user,
It's understandable to have such thoughts while in depression. Depression is a disease and until and unless we initiate treatment for it, it will be difficult to get better.
With adequate treatment, all such thoughts will stop, you will start feeling happier and focus on your studies.
But for all that, you need to meet a psychiatrist in person so as to get a prescription of anti depressants.
You can in addition also consider psychotherapy sessions which will help you deal with stress better. You can also contact me online directly for the same.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
