I experiences many pimples on my face last three years. What can I do. They seems to be acne and after some times they are full of puss and pain what is the perfect cure to get rid of these pimples quickly. I am now using himalaya neem face wash. Please suggest me some proper diet so I can get rid of these acne.

There are many factors affecting the pimples growth. Factor 1. Pimples are due to obstruction of sebacious gland with the oil and dust on your face. So try to wash your face properly. Factor 2. Some time it may be due to harmonse also. That's why it occurs commonly in young age. Factor 3. Its is due to diet also or bowel movement. Try to reduce the chances of constipation. Mens eat simple food. Avoid oily and spicy diet. Avoid out door food habit. By managing these factors you can reduce pimples on your face. Have a nice day.
