My knee pains a lot when I have kept my legs flexed while sitting. I have to extend it ever 10-15 1 minutes, and then while extending some sound is heard as if the knee is locked and I have to extend it to unlock. I do massage with hot bag also, but still no effect.

3. Do hot fermentation twice a day
4. Apply volini cream before sleeping
5. Don't sit on floor
6. Wear sports shoes only
7. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Glucosamine supplement for one month minimum.
