Dear doctors, My wife started food control because of her over weight, she is 27 years 147 cm height and 64 kg in weight, from the test reported found have pcod issue but there is no cyst and doctor told that need to loss the weight for the pregnancy. Now she is doing exercises in the morning, bread with fruit jam as breakfast, small amount of rice and curry for lunch and for dinner 2 chapathi and walnuts, almond, pista, and pomegranate. She is working as video editor in home. I want to know that any changes need in her routine and any health problems in taking bread (from bakery) as breakfast. Kindly need guidelines as soon as possible. Thanking you.
