Hi I am not able to concentrate and interest in my job .feeling less, I am on doctor prescription med after 2 months I am still fighting with depression (bipolar disorder) what to do I will kill myself I will be ever gain happiness in my life, feeling angry on depression it's too much pain help me out.

For the medicines to work, it is important for you to go for counselling along with prioritising your life. And making a to do list for you regarding the future. Decide a goal which you feel you can reach. At times confidence levels can also hamper your concentration and which can be a side effect of depression.
