Dear Pramod Three very important things 1. Eat the right kind of food to suite your body and requirements 2. Eat NATURAL, FRESH foods only .... at the correct time 3 Improve your digestion so the body gets best nutrition. Along with food, make sure you get good exercise, sleep and proper timings. regards

Increase your diet . Instead of 3 times have small meals 5-6 times. Eat protein and carb rich foods. Increase your level of healthy fats and do some weight lifting to build your muscles
