Hello Doctors, I have fatty liver Grade 2, I have done today LFT and Lipid profile and my results are as follows- LDL Cholesterol-91.7 mg/dl Cholesterol/HDL Ratio- 4.47 LDL/ HDL Ratio-2.37 Serum Cholesterol - 173 mg/dl Serum triglycerides- 213 mg/dl HDL Cholesterol-38.7 mg/dl VLDL-42.6 mg/dl And LFT report- Serum Bilirubin- 0.5 mg/dl SGPT- 47.7 U/L SGOT-33.7 IU/L Serum Alkaline phosphate- 105 U/L Please advice. Note: Medicines taking- liv 52 ds and Blood sugar levels are normal.

Your triglycerides are high. Please reduce your carbohydrate load. Eat minimal roti or rice. Add good fats like ghee butter etc. Stop all refined stuff like bread, biscuits etc. Repeat tests after one month. Please revert after the repeat tests.

Hello, Your lipid profile looks quite disturbed. Refrain alcohol completely,eat lots of fiber rich fruits and vegetables ,whole grains and pulses. Avoid non veg consumption if you can,at least minimize its consumption. Walk a lot and hydrate yourself well.
