- At your age your problem could be due to nutritional imbalance & inactivity or sedentary life
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including seasonal & green leafy ones, also have protein foods like eggs, milk & milk products, tofu, legumes,sprouts, nuts, whole grains, healthy fats
- do regular exercise like walking, jogging, stretching, swimming, do moderate weight lifting at least twice a week, also include yoga & deep breathing in your schedule to keep your body fit.
