I am doing regular gym for approx 1 to 1.5 hr. During evening time 5 days a week. In order to increase weight I eat chicken during lunch on daily basis. Also I eat fried egg at dinner almost 5 days a week. But I am having digestion problem for around 10 years. Digesting fried eggs is difficult for me. Should I reduce frequency for eating non-veg foods or it's OK. My weight is 55 kg and height 5 ft 6 inch.

You can try soft boiled eggs. If it does not agree with you, then you can use some whey protein supplements in place of eggs. Ni need to reduce frequency. Include vegetables and salads also for a balanced diet.
