Sir, at present I have a lack of appetite along with mild nausea due to which I fear eating as I can vomit. Also I am having dry nose which gets blocked at night and feeling like feverish. These are the symptoms and I don't understand if there is any serious thing going on or not? please do help sir. Thank you.
