Hello, My Wife 52 years recently BP reading was 110- 170 while d. At the age of 52 there are many hormonal changes in body due to perimenopause or meno pause so its important to get your health check profile done regularly every year, back pain happens due to deficiency especially calcium and vit d, hope she is on calcium and vit d3 supplements, BP at this stage again is due to all the above reasons, stay stress free ,sleep well and observe a healthy life style, walks and a balanced diet. Getting thyroid ,sugar, cholesterol checked no doubt will help you resolve your problems if they are high or low as you take corrective measures. Further to it as suggested by my doctor I did Thyroid test which is negative, Lipid Profile in which LDL level is 140 which doctor says high. What lifestyle change and additional medicine over and above stamlo BETA is advised. No Calcium or Vit d3 is prescribed so far. But I have replaced my morning tea with lukewarm water boiled with zinger and then adding one lemon juice and one teaspoon honey added therein. Please advice

Please note that luke warm water is not required in early/morning. A cup of coffee/tea is ok. She needs to do morning walk at least 30 -40 minutes daily. A balance diet and seasonal fruit is must daily. A good sleep - prior to that meditation is required. Give her Kali phos 6x 4 tabs thrice daily along with the medicine for high blood pressure only. Continue treatment.

She needs calcium and D 3 supplement and also lead a healthy lifestyle. Mild exercise is a good act and avoid too much oily and spicy foods.
