I am 30 years female, with 5 ft 4" height. In 2015 my weight was 76 kg, for which I went to gym and reduced to 68 kg. After leaving gym, started suffering from back ache and already a patient of anal fissure past 5 years, because of which cannot carry heavy weight and cannot jog. As of now I am married past 2 months and my weight has increased to 80 kg with huge belly fat and fat across body. Please suggest easiest and fastest ways to reduce weight and bring it to 60 kg.

As per your history your body weight is now 80 KG so reduce it to 55 kg as per your age and height.
