I am in prediabetes my levels is fasting 89, post lunch 164, hba1c is 5.9 .These situation is continuing since 5 years. Hi Burning sensation of feet hands can happen due to vitamin b12 deficiency also. So take vitamin b12 supplements everyday. Make sure you keep your diabetes always under control. exercise everyday. Eat lots of vegetables and greens. If you still continue to have these symptoms consult for prescription.
